St George's Day Parade
Sunday 22nd April: 11:30am
The popular parade, led by St George on horseback, will leave Morley Town Hall at 11:30am to arrive at the Rugby ground at 11:45am where the Swearing of the Oaths and National Anthem will take place. The focal point of the parade will be St George on horseback. On the cricket field there will be stalls, fun fair rides, refreshments and more. On the Rugby field there will be fun fair rides, and hot food.

St George Day Service

The Morley St George Day Service is at Leeds Minster (formerly Leeds Parish Church). At 6.45pm The Minster Bells are rung with The Service starting at 7:30pm. This year Participants include Drighlington Brass Band, Victoria Primary School, Morley Operatic Society Saturday Kids Club, Gildersome Primary School Bell ringers, Morley academy, Andrea Jenkyns MP, John Scholey and Churwell Community Choir.
